Woofy lives in secret with Antoine, 4 years old.  Once a stray, he was adopted by his young master, who, in order to get him accepted at home, had to pretend to have won this “toy” in the school fête.  A bright, clever and resourceful little dog, Woofy can’t help exploring the house, sorting out neighbourhood problems without being noticed or playing tricks on Antoine… He does sometimes squabble with his master but these disputes never last long as what Woofy prefers above all is affectionately licking his young master on the nose to thank him.  Antoine’s mother is categorical: she does not want any animals in the house.  However, as long as she believes that Woofy is only a toy, he can stay being Antoine’s best friend and that is much better than being a toy.
