Ten year old Spencer Marshall moves with his former rock star parents to an old mansion only to discover that the mansion's prior owners from the 1950s are still living there - as ghosts! The ghost family (The Johnsons) becomes an unlikely surrogate family to Spencer helping him through his crazy daily life.
